Bill Plaschke discusses the lame duck status of Don Mattingly in this recent article.  What do you think?  Should the Dodgers exercise his option year now, in order to avoid the inevitable distractions?  Has Mattingly done enough to warrant an extension?  Will he indeed be the fall guy if the Dodgers underperform by midsummer?  What is your opinion?  Sound off in the Shoutbox!
